India's largest iron ore producer National Mineral Development Corporation (NMDC) raised lump iron ore prices by 11.11% or Rs 4,00 ($5.2) to Rs 4,000 in November, and increased fines ore prices up 9% or Rs 300 per tonne to Rs 3,610.
The new prices will come into effect from November 17, 2020. It also marked a second time the company rises the iron ore prices in the month.
Earlier on November 4, NMDC increased lump ore prices by 4.35% to Rs 3,610 and fines by 4.75% to Rs 3,310.
