Hidili Industry International Development Limited, a major private energy enterprise based in southwestern China, reported its raw coal production declined 20% from the preceding year to 224,000 tonnes in May, according to a company statement.
The coal producer churned out 69,000 tonnes of washed coal in the same month, falling 32% from the year prior, it said.
Over January-May, the company's output of raw coal came in at 1.06 million tonnes, up by 4% year on year, while washed coal output dipped by 7% to 366,000 tonnes.
Hidili Industry International Development Co., Ltd was listed on main board of Hong Kong Stock Exchange in September of 2007.
